Health and Medical Disclaimer

Intuitive Energy Healing - For the sessions and packages which relate to obtaining intuitive/spiritual healing, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs for the session/s to have benefit. It is also the responsibility of the customer to make the Spiritual Life Coach aware of any existing medical conditions detailed on the form. 'Like Mind Holistics' is a safe ethical business, has strong morals and a high professional standard. Any persons working within it by way of providing a service shall not be held responsible or liable for any medical conditions which arise during or after the intuitive/spiritual healing session. It is normal for people to feel the effects of energy shifting during holistic treatments both in and around their bodies which in turn may lead to unexpected feelings of emotion or tiredness, fatigue or other side effects which are natural as the body unwinds or recalibrates -  will pass. 'Like Mind Holistics' will check on you a short while after the session.  We always ask for the completion of a consent form and gain an understanding of any conditions which may be contraindications prior to any energy session commencing.

Please consider we are not medically trained and should you have any concerns arising from any of your medical conditions or if you are under medical supervision by a mental health team/health care provider, please consult your doctor as it may be necessary to obtain consent.  

Meditation - Meditation is a safe, effective method and stress management tool.  However, if you have any of these conditions - Depression, Bipolar, Epilepsy, Schizophrenia or are under the supervision of a mental health team/health care provider it will be necessary for you to obtain consent from them before attending meditation.  We always ask for the completion of a consent form from you before any session commences.

By way of purchasing any of our products you as the client, accepts all terms and conditions of the 'Like Mind Holistics' service and therefore offer your consent to proceed.

Refunds & Cancellations

Services - The appointment calendar is very busy because these sessions are unique and provide dedicated time and space for its clients, therefore the timetable and booking system has to be effectively managed in order to provide a high standard and quality service. Should you buy and book a session and need to cancel we will ask that you notify 'Like Mind Holistics' 24 hours prior to your session so that this slot can be rearranged for you and allow other customers to benefit from this available time. We DO NOT REFUND OR CANCEL but will help by rescheduling your time slot.  Please ensure you attend on (GMT) time zone for all these virtual services as this is your responsibility as refunds will not be issued.  We do not refund and digital product or file.

No Liability - Intuitive/Spiritual Healing may not be suitable for some clients and therefore 'Like Mind Holistics' holds no guarantees as all clients are different with varying expectations and experience. (please also see above)

No Liability - The Meditation service is a complementary and holistic therapy used to support the mind, body and spirit.  Benefits are felt with repetition and discipline along with finding a style of meditation that suits you.  It is not guaranteed that meditation is always suitable or that it provides a cure and therefore ‘Like Mind Holistics’ holds no liability should meditation not be suited to you.   

GDPR

Please be assured that GDPR is taken very seriously and personal data is not shared, sold or utilised for any other means outside this service. Information is held securely on the Shopify site and only used for processing payments, to track orders or send newsletters if you have subscribed. At regular intervals 'Like Mind Holistics' will delete all data from its system.  You may also request that data following the receipt of goods and services be removed.  Should we need to disclose personal data it will be for safeguarding purposes or for any breaches made outside the law.

Consent

By way of accepting all terms of service from 'Like Mind Holistics' you agree to purchase the products on offer and therefore offer your consent to proceed.  We do not offer counselling, therapy or medical or monetary advice, we may however as support, signpost you to a service more suitable should we feel these interventions are required and more helpful to you along your journey.
